We had a great stay in April and had a good time at Greg's place. The house was close to everything, and it was easy to travel to all the places. I highly recommend walking down the streets as there are a lot of shops and restaurants, and it is a happening place. Greg is a wonderful host who was very friendly, responsive, and flexible. We enjoyed the expansive outdoor seating, people-watching from the backyard and living room, and amenities such as the washer and dryer. The free parking is very useful, so you do not have to spend time figuring out parking every day. Check-in and checkout were a breeze, and Greg had some great recommendations. So if you are looking for some ideas, he would be great to talk to.

Great location! So close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Our dogs loved the yard. Greg was an awesome host, helpful with local tips and let us borrow some beach gear. We will definitely stay here again if we are in San Diego.

Greg's place was absolutely perfectly located for our family beach vacation! We walked to the beach multiple times a day, and it was a walkable distance (or a short drive) to shops and restaurants too. Greg was super friendly and very proactive in communicating with us, and made sure we had all sorts of amenities for the beach. We'd love to stay with him again.

Greg’s place was perfect for our family of 4. We were walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants, but far enough away from the nightlife noise and foot traffic of the main PB area. Having a guaranteed parking spot was also a huge benefit. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Greg’s place. Perfect amount of space for 3 of us to spread out. Great location, close to shops and restaurants as well as the beach. Nice outdoor space with a fire pit and grill. Greg is an amazing host with lots of recommendations for the area. Highly recommend booking!

We will definitely stay at Greg’s place again!!! Perfect location: just a short walk to Tourmaline Surf Park (which is an awesome spot to take the dogs in the mornings/evenings!!!), a few blocks to the grocery store, and walkable to so many incredible food/coffee options. Greg was so friendly and hospitable + we had the best little weekend getaway!
