Greg’s house in Bird Rock definitely deserves 5+ stars. The house is full of charm and the gardens are simply beautiful. The location is wonderful as well. It’s walkable to several restaurants, coffee shops, and the best bakery in San Diego ( Wayfarer). The neighborhood is also very scenic and a joy to walk around. Greg is a very friendly and attentive host who is quick to respond and is very knowledgeable about the area and things to do. My husband and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had an amazing experience at the house. Conveniently located we enjoyed going to the beach multiple times a day. Greg is also an awesome guest sharing great recommendations in his home town.

We had a great stay in April and had a good time at Greg's place. The house was close to everything, and it was easy to travel to all the places. I highly recommend walking down the streets as there are a lot of shops and restaurants, and it is a happening place. Greg is a wonderful host who was very friendly, responsive, and flexible. We enjoyed the expansive outdoor seating, people-watching from the backyard and living room, and amenities such as the washer and dryer. The free parking is very useful, so you do not have to spend time figuring out parking every day. Check-in and checkout were a breeze, and Greg had some great recommendations. So if you are looking for some ideas, he would be great to talk to.

Great location! So close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Our dogs loved the yard. Greg was an awesome host, helpful with local tips and let us borrow some beach gear. We will definitely stay here again if we are in San Diego.

Sweet little house in a convenient location to beach and dining. Host is very friendly and had lots of suggestions….we could text anytime for ideas from routes to walk and dining. Beds super comfortable!

Greg's place was absolutely perfectly located for our family beach vacation! We walked to the beach multiple times a day, and it was a walkable distance (or a short drive) to shops and restaurants too. Greg was super friendly and very proactive in communicating with us, and made sure we had all sorts of amenities for the beach. We'd love to stay with him again.

Greg was a fantastic host and we appreciated all the communication and ease. The location was great - in PB but not in the middle of the the college scene. easy to get to La Jolla and beaches.

We had an incredible stay at Greg’s place. Amazing location with access to the beach right down the street. Greg provided us with multiple local recommendations- all were amazing. We will definitely be returning for another visit.

Greg’s place was perfect for our family of 4. We were walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants, but far enough away from the nightlife noise and foot traffic of the main PB area. Having a guaranteed parking spot was also a huge benefit. We would definitely stay again!
